Adaptive Vision offers a wide range of services to our clients from a simple one camera set up during a live event all the way through to a multiple camera rig and live streaming services. Our experienced team will tailor the filming of the event to your specific objectives. Whether it is creating a live stream or developing a marketing video for business development, we are there for you.
Using our drones, we can easily capture a bird’s eye view of your whole event.
VIRTUAL EVENTS
We have an efficient, fully equipped
in-house virtual production studio that features studio lighting, fixed HD cameras, in-studio monitors, teleprompters, video switching, areas for multiple presenters, fiber high-speed internet and a separate control suite for our technicians. Our team manages format, rehearsals, integrating multiple sources of content (live feed, prerecorded videos, images, slideshows), and on-site direction.

As well as catering, we can offer everything you need to host your banquet. This includes various ranges of crockery & cutlery. We offer an extensive range of glassware available to hire.
EVENT TOILETS
We provide a reliable professional toilet hire service using spotlessly clean portable toilets to provide you and your guests with the comfort of using quality and hygienic toilet and wash facilities throughout your function. Our toilets are delivered quickly and efficiently and are meticulously cleaned before each event. They all stocked with Hand wash and with hand towels.
DECOR & THEMING
From draping and dressing venues, marquees to supplying table centres, chair covers, balloons, flowers and much more, we can organize it all completely in-house using our large extensive bespoke stock and creative team!
Whether you are simply looking to transform your front room or drape an entire function room we have all the options and kit to do so.
We can deliver, source/make custom props, and also help with setup and installation.

We have our own in-house printing studio and offer both Corporate and our private clients complete event branding from custom made branded mobile bar units to printed canvas goody bags for guests.
